Gibsons Restaurant – Corralejo
Gibson’s Restaurant can be found in the centre of Corralejo and we can confidently say that it is one of the best eating places for both locals and tourists. The owners Caroline and Stephen Gibson can be seen bizzing about in there most days.
The menu is fantastic. They have everything from authentic Indian curry, Mexican fajitas and traditional fish and chips ( fish so big it doesn’t fit on the plate!!), speciality chicken dishes and Stephens special Lasagne. Add to that an extensive vegetarian and vegan menu, specially approved by Caroline who has been a vegetarian for over twenty years.
Stephen has been in the catering industry for over fifteen years and he has used that experience to create an extensive menu with something for everyone, all made daily using fresh produce. There is so much choice on the menu and its all so lovely you’ll find it hard go somewhere else – you really could eat a different meal here every night of you holiday. You have to try it….
For those of you with a weak willpower you will not be able to resist finishing off your evening meal with one of their mouth-watering desserts ( Dime bar cake is a favorite!) or alco-chocs, of which they have the best selection on the island.
You can find them just off the main high street opposite the Red Cross (Cruz Roja) – see the map for directions. They have an outside terrace and cater for everyone with smoking and non-smoking sections and high chairs for the kids.
Gibsons is a perfect place for your pre “Flicks Bar” evening meal.. We’ll see you after….
